Sometimes burnout reaches a point where waiting for “next week’s session” isn’t enough. Holos Path | Advanced+ is designed for professionals who are really struggling and need focused, immediate support outside of the workweek.
Delivered exclusively on weekends, this pathway provides space to reset, reflect, and begin rebuilding balance. All without the pressure of weekday demands.
What it includes:
Extended 90-minute weekend coaching sessions (Saturday or Sunday)
Priority scheduling with flexible time zones
Emergency check-ins between sessions (via email or message)
Tools and practices tailored for severe burnout recovery
Guidance on rebuilding daily routines and restoring stability at home and at work
Who it’s for:
Professionals experiencing severe burnout (emotional exhaustion, disconnection, or collapse in motivation)
Those unable to engage during the week due to workload or energy limitations
Clients who need urgent support to begin recovery
Format:
4–6 weekend sessions (90 minutes each)
Tailored recovery plan with daily reset practices
Optional transition into Restore or Transform after initial stabilisation
